Agenda Item Summary:
The agreement with Advanced Engineering and Environmental Services, LLC (AE2S) is to provide professional services for the design of an update to the Red Rock Canyon Drainage Basin Design Plan (DBDP). The original DBDP was completed in 1993. The DBDP requires revisions to land use, zoning, major street plan, and hydrology/hydraulics to meet current design information and criteria. Existing and future drainage facilities need to be evaluated to determine if they are adequately sized for the drainage basin. Development in the drainage basin is facilitating the need to update the DBDP.
