Agenda Item Summary:
This project is for the final design and bidding services of a sanitary trunk sewer from Reservoir Road to the Jolly Lane Lift Station including approximately 1.5 miles total of 12” and 30” sewer main. The amendment to the agreement includes adjustment of the project schedule, adjustment of contract amount to reflect current billing rates, and additional project tasks determined to be necessary including flood plain modeling, surveying, design submittals, adjusted project alignment evaluations, utility coordination and easement acquisition not contemplated in agreements to date, as reflected in Attachments A, B and C. The new contract completion date shall be December 1, 2020.
