Agenda Item Summary:
This agreement will allow the existing 12” low level water main to be converted to high level as the Developer requires high level water for development. Agreement requires developer to provide construction plans for replacement of the existing low level main with a new 20” main and payment in the amount of $105,000 be made to the City for replacement of their share of the costs (12” pipe equivalent).
