Approve Change Order 1 F to J & J Asphalt for Pavement Rehabilitation Project-Chancery Lane and Huntington Place Project #17-2416/CIP 50549 for an increase of $90,284.71. The spring rains caused the condition of the road to deteriorate when the heavy trucks and equipment were put on the road. There was also an emergency fix on 120 feet of curb and gutter on Arrow St.
