Agenda Item Summary:
The Long branch Civil Engineering, Inc. will provide design and bid packages for four separate bid projects. 1. Robbinsdale Phase 6A - Parkview Water Main Replacement of the water main in Parkview Dr from Fairmont to Liberty. Frequent and costly maintenance issues have expedited replacement of the watermain. 2. Robbinsdale Phase 6B - Parkview Drive Reconstruction Reconstruction of the street (pavement, sidewalk, curb and gutter) sanitary sewer, and storm sewer in Parkview Dr from Fairmont to Liberty and Elk St from Anaconda to Elm. 3. Robbinsdale Phase 6C - Fairlane Drive Reconstruction Reconstruction of the street (pavement, sidewalk, curb and gutter) sanitary sewer, and storm sewer in Fairlane from Fairmont to Elm, Elm from Utah to Fairmont, and Utah from Elm to west of Willow. 4. Robbinsdale Phase 6D - Fairmont Utility Reconstruction Water and sanitary sewer replacement, a pressure zone change, and minor street reconstruction in Fairmont Blvd from Elm to Grandview Dr.
