Agenda Item Summary:
Solid Waste staff is requesting that FMG Engineers enter into a professional service agreement for the design of the west sections of Cells 18 and 19 at the Rapid City Landfill. The current active cell, Cell 16 is scheduled to be completed by April 2018 and requires design and approval by DENR. Design is scheduled to be completed by March 2017 with bids and construction beginning in July 2017. Total cost is $289,746.00.
