Agenda Item Summary:
The applicant has submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan to expand the Black Hills Industrial Subdivision with 8 new industrial lots. The proposed lots will range from 2.52 acres to 24.77 acres in size and will be located east of S.D. Highway 79 and west of Old Folsom Road. A Preliminary Subdivision Plan is a tentative plan of a proposed subdivision requiring the installation of public improvements. Approval of a Preliminary Subdivision Plan by City Council is required before an applicant can proceed with Development Engineering Plans and a Final Plat application for all or part of the area within the Preliminary Subdivision Plan application.
