Agenda Item Summary:
The applicant has submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan to create seven commercial lots on the property located southeast of the intersection of Black Hills Boulevard and Stumer Road. The proposed development is being created out of a vacant unplatted balance which is approximately 9.33 acres in size. The proposed lots will range from 0.8 acres to 2.6 acres in size and will be known as Block 2 of Black Hills Center Subdivision. A Preliminary Subdivision Plan is a tentative plan of a proposed subdivision requiring the installation of public improvements. Approval of a Preliminary Subdivision Plan by City Council is required before an applicant can proceed with Development Engineering Plans and a Final Plat application for all or part of the area within the Preliminary Subdivision Plan application.
