Agenda Item Summary:
The applicant has submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan to create 20 residential lots south of the terminus of Nugget Gulch Road. The proposed development is being created out of two vacant unplatted properties which are approximately 78.51 acres in size cumulatively. The proposed lots will range from 0.2 acres to 1.3 acres in size and will be known as Phase 1 of Stoney Meadows Subdivision. A Preliminary Subdivision Plan is a tentative plan of a proposed subdivision requiring the installation of public improvements. Approval of a Preliminary Subdivision Plan by City Council is required before an applicant can proceed with Development Engineering Plans and a Final Plat application for all or part of the area within the Preliminary Subdivision Plan application.
