Agenda Item Summary:
The applicant has submitted a Conditional Use Permit to allow on-sale liquor establishment in conjunction with a restaurant on the property located at 544 Century Road, Suites 101 and 102 in the General Commercial District (GC). The property is comprised of 2.19 acres and currently contains a multi-tenant commercial building that is also occupied by retail uses and a dentist office. The applicant is proposing to occupy 2 of the suites within the commercial building and operate a restaurant, Catrachos Latin Cuisine, to include the sale of beer, wine, and wine cocktails. The proposed hours of operation are Tuesday to Friday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for brunch service and 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. for dinner service. The alcoholic beverages will be stored in a designated storage area and sold at an 8-seat bar and at tables with food service.
