Agenda Item Summary:
The applicant has submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan to create six residential lots on the vacant non-transferable balance located east of the terminus of Ping Drive. The proposed lots will range from 0.36 acres to 1.89 acres in size and will be known as Lot 5 and Lot 7 through 9 of Block 14, and Lot 22 through Lot 23 of Block 11 of Elks Country Estates Subdivision. A Preliminary Subdivision Plan is a tentative plan of a proposed subdivision requiring the installation of public improvements. Approval of a Preliminary Subdivision Plan by City Council is required before an applicant can proceed with Development Engineering Plans and a Final Plat application for all or part of the area within the Preliminary Subdivision Plan application.
