The applicant has submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan to create two residential lots generally located at 3133 Heidiway Lane. The proposed development is comprised of approximately 4.70 acres and currently contains a single-family dwelling and a detached garage. The proposed lots will be 3.70 acres and 1.00 acres in size and will be known as Tract A and Tract B of The Rough at Arrowhead Subdivision. A Preliminary Subdivision Plan is a tentative plan of a proposed subdivision requiring the installation of public improvements. Approval of a Preliminary Subdivision Plan by City Council is required before an applicant can proceed with Development Engineering Plans and a Final Plat application for all or part of the area within the Preliminary Subdivision Plan application.
