Agenda Item Summary:
The applicant has submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan to plat the non-transferable balance currently addressed as 3575 Reservoir Road. The proposed development will be 32.82 acres in size and will be known as Tract 1 Revised of Paul Subdivision. The property is located northwest of the intersection of South Dakota Highway 44 and Reservoir Road which is outside of the City limits but within the City’s three-mile platting jurisdiction. The proposed development currently contains a single-family dwelling and two outbuildings. A Preliminary Subdivision Plan is a tentative plan of a proposed subdivision requiring the installation of public improvements. Approval of a Preliminary Subdivision Plan by City Council is required before an applicant can proceed with Development Engineering Plans and a Final Plat application for all or part of the area within the Preliminary Subdivision Plan application.
