Agenda Item Summary:
The applicant is proposing to vacate a 0.235 acre portion of right-of-way located on the north side of Clark Street, west of 12th Street. Clark Street is classified as a Local street in the Infrastructure Design Criteria Manual. The Infrastructure Design Criteria Manual specifies a minimum 52-foot right-of-way width for Local streets. The proposed vacation of right-of-way will continue to maintain sufficient right-of-way along Clark Street. All adjacent properties will have access from the existing street network. As such, vacating the right-of-way will not adversely impact adjacent properties. Written concurrence from the utility companies has been received by the owner as a part of this application.
