The applicant has submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan to subdivide an existing 0.52 acre lot into two lots. Proposed Lot 3A will be sized 0.239 acres and proposed Lot 3B will be 0.271 acres in size. The property is located in Pennington County outside of the City limits but within the City’s 3-mile platting jurisdiction. More specifically the property is located south of the intersection of Twilight Drive and Pacific Lane. Currently, the property has two mobile home structures that are proposed to be removed.
