The applicant has submitted a Revocation of a Planned Development Designation for 1.03 acres of a 10-acre property that is void of structural development. In 2016, an Initial Planned Development Overlay (File# 16PD027) was created on a portion of Lot 1 of Blue Marlin Estates Subdivision for an existing automobile repair shop. Since that time, the repair shop has closed and all structures are demolished or removed. The applicant’s intent is to dissolve the Initial Planned Development Overlay and sell the entire 10-acre lot. Revoking the Planned Development Overlay will allow the property to be developed in accordance with the regulations of the Light Industrial Zoning District.
