Agenda Item Summary:
The applicant has submitted a Revocation of a Planned Development Designation for Lot 19 of Skyline Pines East Subdivision. Lot 19 consist of 1.38 acres of land that is currently void of structural development. The previously approved Planned Development Designation (01PD062) was for an area originally consisting of about 3.02 acres of un-platted property at the time it was created. Since then, the property has been platted and City infrastructure is in place. The applicant’s intent is to dissolve the Planned Development Designation and develop the property in compliance with the underlying Zoning which is General Commercial District.
