Agenda Item Summary:
The applicant has submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan application to create one apartment lot, 36 townhome lots, 3-single family residential lots and one drainage lot. The lots will range in size from 0.113 acres to 5.9765 acres and are to be known as the Catron Ridge Subdivision. The applicant has also submitted a Rezoning request (File #21RZ016) to change the proposed apartment lot from General Agriculture District to Medium Density Residential District. In addition, a Rezoning request (File #21RZ017) has been submitted to change the zoning designation on the balance of the property from General Agriculture District to Low Density Residential District II. The property is located on the north side of Catron Boulevard between Wellington Drive and Tartan Court. Currently, the property is void of any structural development.
