The lots are to be sized 0.87 acres and 0.91 acres, respectively and are to be known as Lots 1 and 2 of Lima Subdivision. The property is located in the southeast corner of the intersection of Mount Rushmore Road and Cathedral Drive. Currently, a Taco Bell is located on proposed Lot 1 and a vacant commercial structure is located on proposed Lot 2. The vacant structure is the previous location of a Wendy’s restaurant.
