Agenda Item Summary:
RTS recently had a Triennial Review conducted by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). While RTS has always followed the City’s and FTA’s procurement regulations, the FTA found a deficiency that RTS does not have a written policy for procurement per FTA requirements. Consequently, RTS staff and the City Attorney’s Office drafted this Procurement Policy to ensure compliance with FTA requirements.
