Mrs. Claymore is a property owner of 125 Main Street and recommended to the Board to represent zone 2. Per ordinance, members of the Downtown BID Board must own property within the business district area. A ‘property owner’ may include: an office or director of a corporate property owner; a manager or member of a limited liability company that owns property; or a partner of a partnership that owns property. Terms of appointment are detailed in the attached memorandum.
