This project is for the replacement of media, underdrains, and filter troughs for three (3) filters at Mountain View Water Treatment Plant, installation of air blowers for filter backwash, miscellaneous process equipment replacement and improvement, and chemical storage and delivery system improvements. Bids for this project came in over budget. City Staff requests a continuance to allow time to negotiate with the low bidder, RCS Construction, Inc.
